Our condo, positioned
on the third floor but level in from the parking lot, features
two bed rooms each with King size beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped
kitchen, a "whole house" water purification system,
dinning area with seating for six, generous living room with
satellite served 27" Flat Screen TV, DVD, stereo music system,
and laundry. Bottled purified water is provided gratis. Maid Service
is provided just prior to arrival, at mid-week, and upon your
departure. Please note, however, maids do not do dishes!
Tips for the maid typically run $1 USD per day per person; paid
daily or upon departure, always leave tips on the pillow or bed.
We also have a gas fired BBQ out on the terrace. This Condominium,
as well as all interior spaces, is wheel chair accessible-an unusual
attribute for similar accommodations here in Zihuatanejo.

The 33’ by 17’
terrace, which is accessed via the master bedroom and/or living
room, is fully furnished with a rattan seating group, rattan dining
table and chairs, hammocks, swings, and professionally maintained
native tropical landscaping (terrace-scapping?). Additionally
and quite unlike the condo terraces in Puerto Vallarta, it is
very private and secluded. Breathtaking views of the beach, Bahia
Zihuatanejo, and the Pacific Ocean await you from the terrace’s
balcony.

Temperatures average between the high
70 degrees to the high 80 degrees Fahrenheit year ‘round.
However, during the summer (rainy) months the humidity can cause
you to become somewhat uncomfortable during the middle hours of
the day. You will find a good deal of relief with our ceiling
fans in all rooms as well as out on the terrace and the one and
two ton mini-split a/c units in the bedrooms and in the living
areas. These units are the modern--compressor being located elsewhere
type--and are extraordinarily QUIET! But please, be sure all doors
and windows are closed when a/c is activated. Electricity rates
in Mexico are no bargain hence we can’t afford to cool off
the surrounding neighborhood.
There is also an outdoor shower on
the terrace for convenient cool offs; however, that portion of
the water system escapes our "whole house" water filtration
system so do not ingest the water there.
